Mr. Hornsby has served as court appointed class counsel in several class actions, and was appointed in May, 2004 as 1 of 3 members of the Claimants’ Advisory Committee by the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, to implement the Dow Corning Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization for the resolution of breast implant claims nationally and internationally. He has extensive trial experience with jury trials in various jurisdictions and has lectured to a variety of legal groups concerning litigation of tort claims.
